Last few weeks the builder done the below works -

Brick clean finished
Downpipes install finished
Electric rough finished
Air con rough finished
Ground Floor roof cover & eaves finished

More Progress, however,Very SLOW!!

Last few weeks works goes very slow-
As per the SS plan the Tyrell’s independent quality inspection should be on two weeks earlier, however not yet schedule for it.

We have a roof over our heads!!!!

Our roof has been completed last week (16/10/2009). First floor wall cladding is going on. Hopefully, cladding will be finishing end of this week.

Render Finished!!

Front render started on the 02/10/09, because of the rain, it takes longer, finally yesterday they have finished it.

Today, they have started the fascia, gutter and roof cover work!!!!

Last Friday, our SS informed us that today our brickwork is going to finish!
