SITE START!!
After getting the council approval, we need to finalise few docs like construction certificate, builder insurance and final approval from the bank!!!!
Builder inform us the site would be started on the 27/07/2009. However, 27th morning I received a phone call from our SS that, they are not able to start the work today because the neighbor builder did some bobcat our site. Immediately I contact the neighbor builder SS and he promise he would take care of that.
Finally Site work has started on the 28/07/2009.

COUNCIL APPROVAL!
We received BASIX approval on the 24/02/2009 and lodge the application to Developer on the 10/03/2009, Developer need few changes in our landscape plan, setback our home few mm, etc and got the approval from them on the 29/04/2009 :(.
We lodge our application to council on the 30/04/2009 & received the council approval on the 29/06/2009.
