Our build is almostcompleted. We need some touchup work like kitchen bulkhead need to be painted, builder painted few places with wrong colour.

As from 22-Dec-2009 to 26-01-10 is the industry shutdown period. We don't have much update.

Two weeks earlier Tyrells conducted the independent inspection. As per our SS, there is no major issue. Both Local and Tyrells inspections passed.

Last few weeks works goes very slow-
As per the SS plan the Tyrell’s independent quality inspection should be on two weeks earlier, however not yet schedule for it.

We have a roof over our heads!!!!

Our roof has been completed last week (16/10/2009). First floor wall cladding is going on. Hopefully, cladding will be finishing end of this week.
