PCI Done!!!!!

Hi Guys

We just have finished our PCI, no major defect. Most of them are paint touchup and few window frame and glasses are scratched. Our private inspector also pick few incompleted and poor quality work like no seal on top n bottom of the main entrance door and laundry door, poor quality render work and crack on few places on render, few places grouting is not completed.

Handover will be two weeks after PCI. Finger crossed, everything will be as per plan.

Two weeks earlier Tyrells conducted the independent inspection. As per our SS, there is no major issue. Both Local and Tyrells inspections passed.

Last few weeks works goes very slow-
As per the SS plan the Tyrell’s independent quality inspection should be on two weeks earlier, however not yet schedule for it.

We have a roof over our heads!!!!

Our roof has been completed last week (16/10/2009). First floor wall cladding is going on. Hopefully, cladding will be finishing end of this week.

Render Finished!!

Front render started on the 02/10/09, because of the rain, it takes longer, finally yesterday they have finished it.

Today, they have started the fascia, gutter and roof cover work!!!!

Last Friday, our SS informed us that today our brickwork is going to finish!
